A family chore app · in the works

Less reminding.
More parenting.

Xtra Hands is a warmer way to run the household. Reminders go to the right person, chores rotate fairly, allowance lands in a real ledger — and you get your evenings back.

Six small quiet ideas that change the whole house.

01 — Reminders

The reminders aren't yours.

Push notifications remind the person responsible for each chore, on their schedule. You stop repeating yourself. They stop tuning you out.

02 — Rotation

Fair turns, no arguments.

Daily, weekly, biweekly, or monthly rotation across the household. "Whose turn is it?" has an answer before anyone asks.

03 — Grace

Missed it? Another chance.

Some chores shouldn't be missed. Mowing the grass, for instance — turn on carry-over and it shows up again each day until it's done. Dishes don't need it. You decide, per chore.

04 — Allowance

A real ledger, not a sticker chart.

Choose who earns for chores. Add optional monthly expenses. Parents log payments in and out, and balances stay honest.

05 — Devices

One tablet, six phones, or none.

A shared household tablet with PIN-switching, personal phones, or no device at all — parents can still check chores off for younger kids.

06 — Vacation

Away? The app knows.

Mark someone as away and their chores simply don't happen. No guilt trip, no catch-up queue waiting when they get home.
